Furnished Room available on the South Shore

We have 2 furnished rooms available for rent starting September 1. Rooms include a bed, chair and closet. Though the rooms are on the small side, the house has plenty of common spaces to share. There will be 4 people living here total. 2 bathrooms are available. The rooms include offstreet parking and a large back yard and garden space for your use.

The house is half a block from Nantasket Beach. Close to the MBTA 714 bus to the Downtown Boston Ferry or Quincy Center bus in Hingham Depot. Convenient 5 min drive to the commuter rail.

We are seeking a professional person, all genders welcome. We are looking for a mature person that is a good match for current roommates. Currently there is a 51 yo male professional and a 30 yo female in health care. Seeking someone respectful, and communicative to establish a peaceful living situation.

Rent is 950 per month with First and Last Months rent needed to move in ($1900). ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED except Heat, Heat is split evenly between all roommates from November to March. It varies but runs between 80 to 150 per person for each of those 5 months. Electricity, Internet, trash water and sewer are ALL INCLUDED. This is a year round rental

No pets, No smoking and No overnight Guests. Guests are occasionally allowed (3 times per month max), but these rooms are for single occupancy and no one should be living or sleeping in the room regularly.
