Furnished bedroom available (with a second furnished room becoming available soon) in a peaceful 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Emory Woods. You’ll share the bathroom with one working professional and, depending on occupancy, one additional student or professional.

It’s currently just me. I work from home and occasionally travel, so the apartment is often quiet. I’ve typically rented to Emory students, though I’ve also had working professionals, and both are welcome.

I’m looking for one or possibly two roommates who are reliable, considerate, able to pay rent and utilities on time, and willing to contribute to keeping the shared areas clean.
